Authenticator Guide

  1. Locate the serial number on your Capacitor.
    Sample serial number: U412RYAM2
  2. Input the serial number on the box below then click the “Validate Your Capacitor” button.
  3. Below are the possible responses:
The first time a serial number is validated.
If the serial number is validated again, the process will not be completed because the serial number is marked as used.
If the serial number is not officially produced by Obbligato.

Each serial number can be authenticated online ONLY ONCE. Please pay attention to the message from the system.
